SMT assembly

THT Selective soldering

Selective soldering is an automated process used for soldering THT components to mixed-technology PCBs. As such, it is a cost-effective technology for medium production series.

THT manual soldering

Let this process be done by professionals. We are fast, accurate and professional.

Assembled PCB cleaning

A fully automated four step process: cleaning, rinsing (tap water, DI water rinsing) with conductivity monitoring, evaporative drying.

Firmware uploading

We provide uploading firmware/data to non-volatile memory devices such as ROM, EPROM, EEPROM, Flash memory, microcontrollers or DSP processors with various industrial programmers.

Testing

Making simple functional testing or advanced measurements using: multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, vector network analyzers, LCR meters and other specialized instruments.

ESD Packaging

A simple, but important step in ensuring that our products will be deliver to the end user in perfect condition.

Wire proecessing

Automated wire processing for cutting conductors to specified lengths, stripping or half stripping of the insulation from one or both ends of the wire.

CNC Laser cutting

Laser cutting of non-metallic materials such as wood and plastic – maximum working dimensions: 800-by-600-millimetres. Capability of working on cylindrical workpieces.

CNC milling

CNC milling of non-metallic materials such as wood, plastic; we also perform milling operations on light metals such as aluminum or brass.
